★ 정의 (Definitions)

- MT : Magnetic Particle Examination

- PT : Liquid Penetrant Examination

- Pen Oil : Penetrating Oil Test

- RT : Radiographic Testing

- UT : Ultrasonic Testing

- VB : Vacuum Box Testing

- VE : Visual Examination

 

 

 

★ 합부판정 (Acceptance Standards)

- MT : ASME Section VIII, Appendix 6, Paragraphs 6-3, 6-4, 6-5

- PT : ASME Section VIII, Appendix 8, Paragraphs 8-3, 8-4, 8-5

- RT : ASME Section VIII, Paragraphs UW-51(b)

- UT : ① RT 를 대체할 때 → API 620, Section 5.26, Q.5.6 or R.5.6, Provision U.6.6

         ② 원래 UT 대상 → 구매자(Purchaser)와 제작자(Manufacturer)간 사전 협의를 통해 허용범위 설정

- VB : API 620, Section 7.15.7.9

- VE : API 620, Section 7.15.5.3 and 7.15.5.4

★ 검사원 자격증명 (Examiner Qualifications)

- MT : API 620, Section 7.15.2.3

- PT : API 620, Section 7.15.4.3

- RT : ASNT Level II or III

- UT : ① RT 를 대체할 때 → API 620, Section 5.26, Q.5.6 or R.5.6, Provision U.4.1

         ② 원래 UT 대상 → 제작자(Manufacturer)가 ASNT SNT-TC-1A 요건에 맞춰 자격부여

- VB : API 620, Section 7.15.7.4

- VE : API 620, Section 7.15.5.1

 

※ ASNT = The American Society for Nondestructive Testing

 

 

 

★ 절차서 요건 (Procedure Requirements)

- MT : ASME Section V, Article 7

- PT : ASME Section V, Article 6

- RT : 별도 절차서 필요없으나, ASME Section V, Article 2 검사방법을 따라야 함

- UT : ① RT 를 대체할 때 → API 620, Section 5.26, Q.5.6 or R.5.6, Provision U.3.5

         ② 원래 UT 대상 → 제작자(Manufacturer)가 ASME Section V, Article 4 요건에 맞음을 증명해야 함

- VB : API 620, Section 7.15.7.1~7.15.7.3, 7.15.7.5~7.15.7.8, 7.15.7.10

- VE : 없음
